Shipping

Shipping fees for orders will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the availability of the items and order volumes.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

We offer standard shipping options, and delivery times vary depending on your location. For expedited shipping or special delivery requests, please contact our customer service team.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery.

RETURNS

Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date or 7 days for Solid Gold Chains.

Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged, worn, or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.

Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.

If Route protection is not added to the order, packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded.

Shipping claims must be made within 30 days of the last tracking update. King Ice is not responsible for any missed deadlines regarding shipping claims.
